Optimal Health: 2021 Resolve

Y'all, we made it to the final week of January. I hope you're hanging in there and working on your own resolves—or resolutions, if that's your thing. My final resolve for 2021 may be a bit obvious, but it is by far the most important.

I've lived with Hashimotos, an autoimmune disease, for the majority of my life. Ever since I was diagnosed, I've been in pursuit to find the purest, natural, organic and holistic approaches to a continued healthy lifestyle. And after what we experienced last year, one of my biggest takeaways is that we can't take our health for granted.

So, my final 2021 Resolve is being in optimal health—for me, my family and of course, my fur babies.

Which is why it's so important for me to do all that I can to support my immune system. At present, I have discovered many essential oils that have helped me maintain good health. The migraines, constant "mysterious illness" where I'm lethargic, weak and can't get out of bed yet, I don't have a fever, have diminished significantly.

When a good friend introduced me to a little known mushroom in the states called Coriolous Versicolor that also supports the immune system, it really peaked my interest. And it's been a game changer in my life. What was left of my minimal flare-ups quickly became a thing of the past of which I was extremely grateful.

Lately, I see that I need to up my game for my health because, I am quickly becoming "That Age" where everything is uncertain and controlled my hormones...ah health, it's an ongoing journey. One that I'm sure will ever evolve.

I'm not growing alone. We're growing together. Searching for solutions that are best for me and my family is when I discovered my passion for educating others to take control of their health as I have.

I can't wait to share with you my ongoing journey and perhaps it will help you to achieve the health you may be longing for. Fighting for optimal health is why I love sharing the alternative, natural, organic and holistic solutions that have helped to maintain my immune health with as many people as I can.

Hopefully, my trials and triumphs see you through some challenging days no matter if you have Hashimotos or just regular health issues. I strongly believe that seeking alternative solutions to your health begins a beautiful relationship with your life. Be good to yourself! And be well!
