Farewell 2020

I think it’s safe to say we’ve all had more than we thought we could handle this year and our 2020 holidays looked much different than they have in the past.  So, it’s not surprising I’m a little late in wishing y’all a Merry Christmas.

Last week, I was challenged with what I thought was another Hashimoto Flare up. I was extremely fatigued and tired. My energy was up and down, but I felt one hundred percent Tuesday before Christmas.  On Christmas Eve day, though, my taste and smell were gone.  I tried everything--sweet pickles, pineapple, oranges and even dill herb (I hate dill, so I figured if I couldn't smell or taste that I was in trouble).

And I couldn't smell or taste it.  I decided to call my doctor because I had no other symptoms and Curtis had been complaining of body aches, pains and fatigue (no fever, no cough).  Our doctor said to immediately get tested for COVID, so we did and we isolated ourselves.

Throughout the pandemic, Curtis and I have increased our Immune Support with more InForce Gold (the Coriolous Versicolor and Reishi Mushrooms).  When I started feeling my flare-up and Curtis started feeling unwell, we upped our dosage of InForce Gold during the day.

So, we prepared ourselves for a Christmas in quarantine and I was bummed.  I already hadn’t been feeling enthusiastic about Christmas, being in the middle of a home renovation.  I had no desire to sift through moving boxes to look for decorations, and now, we had to spend the holiday alone, waiting for our test results.

We got our results the day after Christmas and thankfully, neither of us tested positive for COVID!  A Christmas miracle, if you ask me, because I still can't fully taste or smell.  I guess this is just my Hashimotos.  And we did find out Curtis had Bronchitis, so we’ll write it off as a blessing in disguise, too.

So, here we are, wrapping up one heck of a year and stepping into a new one.  Perhaps our world crisis has caused you to truly look deep inside your life and make some positive changes.  Perhaps there are things in your life that you’ve found are no longer good for you that you’ve let fall away.

Throughout January, I’ll be sharing with you my intentions for 2021.  Rather than writing a list of resolutions, I have chosen to be purposeful and intentional about my goals this year.  I have coined 2021 my year of growth.

So, in closing, I want to wish everyone a belated Merry Christmas and the happiest of New Year’s.  Despite the unexpected challenges of 2020, God continues to use us to sharpen each other!  I wish Love, Good Health and Longevity for each one of you in this new year and all the years beyond.

Love, Peace and Joy from Amy, Curtis, Mercedes, Zsa-Zsa, Melody & Brave

PS...I'll shout it from the mountain tops that you can never take too much InForce Gold!!   If you’re wondering what InForce Gold is, check it out here: https://healingpaws3.petclub247.com/product_searchresults.html?q=inforce
